The goods were shipped correctly
The goods were shipped correctly, unfortunately they were damaged by the carrier. I contacted Cayrus and they shipped a replacement order the same day. Great customer service

Excellent service just how retailers used to be "go that bit extra" for a customer that spends small amounts as well as large!!! I will have no problem buying from this company again as the item was excellent and the service brilliant.

very disappointed
very disappointed. Express delivery was offered but I received an email to say it was not available in my area. I spoke to someone on the phone 2 days later who was very rude to me and spoke to me as if I were an idiot. I did not get the email straight away because I was at work and I do 36-hour shifts because I am a nurse. The woman on the phone was rude because I did not pick up the email immediately. I had to cancel the order and the workman who had taken 6 months to come out to me because of a backlog in business and covid. it they offered a service they could not guarantee.

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience with us. I've contacted our warehouse and received a chronology of all communications from the point of order. Let me explain what has happened here. On rare occasions we get notified by our couriers that they can no longer deliver to a postcode within our agreed terms. This happened with your order and as soon as we were aware we attempted to contact you by email and telephone to arrange an alternative delivery method. We then attempted the same the next day but heard nothing until the afternoon at which point the standard delivery would not have reached you on time for your deadline. We're really sorry we couldn't get this order to you but we tried as best we could to get in touch. We value your custom.

Looks good but not convinced about the quality
The product looks great when in situ.
The metal however, is very thin. Not sure it will last. The fixing screws however are terrible. The cheapest possible it looks like. Use your own !

I ordered 3 panels and when I recieved…
I ordered 3 panels and when I recieved them, they were well wrapped round but the protection films on perspex were already scratch allover but lucky I managed to clear them off.
