اشتريت منتج معروض بالموقع، وبعدين ألغوا الطلب لأنه غير متوفر بالمخزون! لما رجعوا المبلغ، وصلني ناقص 20 باوند بسبب فرق العملة ورسوم التحويل. خدمة العملاء رفضوا يعوضوني رغم أن الخطأ والإلغاء من طرفهم 100% تعامل غير احترافي ولا أنصح بهم أبداً

I bought from them the Devo Gaming Monitor 2K 165Hz one on November 2022. 3 years later, the monitor completely broke like it shows vertical lines. I am 100% i didn’t mess with it or accidentally dropped it or something, it just broke on its own. Never buy Devo products from them its quality are really bad 👎

Their prices are VERY HIGH compared to the local market. Please understand when you place an order you would pay ATLEAST 10 percent more charge from the original amount. 2nd they have a very poor customer service. They have low quality products and they wont repair

Got the order pc case, today thru fast delivery, since it is a single item, ordered online on Friday morning, received delivered item Monday evening, thru active follow up on WhatsApp. Site had alot of item, but most were out of stock, hope they remove those items on the list. The website filter list seem very basic, hope they upgrade. Price are Bahrain based pricing, and will add 10% VAT on checkout, both on the item cost + delivery charge, its not all-in as shown in the item price, so do take note. They are active in instagram, so do check for some promotion from time to time. The site do carry some niche pc item, so check them out, its my first time to try site because they accept the "Tabby" payment which is convenient if your in a tight budget, over-all the experience is postive, hope the next time I buy it will be the same experience.

Great gaming-shopping experience

Gotta be the worst e-commerce shop since the e-commerce market launched, they scammed 2 bd for fast delivery, they didn't communicate the reason or why there was delay in my same day delivery order, there is no proper understanding of the items I picked up or spouse to be delivered. Worst customer experience ever. All of them do not understand the items that were spouse to be delivered. They think they gave me a piece I'm not spouse to receive. They told me u picked up the items and we refunded the amount to the wallet yesterday, ps: no one even mentioned this to me. But anyways when I check my wallet the balance showed as zero

Seriously I would skip ordering from this place because there is no transparency and the lack of credibility.

i bought something here online via tabby of course, be careful also because they don't do refund even the product is not matched. They will tell you many things, to do, as part of procedure for refund but in the end they wont.. I have all the conversations, and also they admitted i was never had a chance to used the item, the item won't work on my gadget, but they never cancel the order online after i informed them an hour ago, after i did order ..... i was deducted for 25percent, and they still want me to pay for something i never had, never used... i think i was scammed with this company also Tabby.. both of them!!!!
