Bad customer support
I can not recommend buying here. I bought several different items and usually i was very happy. However i also bought the "Keyholder Deluxe Clear Key Lockbox With Timed Lock".
It is not deluxe. The Lockbox does not even close fully. Present this to your keyholder and the key holder will punish you for this poor selection. The gap after closing is so big that you can get the key within 10 seconds out of th box without breaking the device or wait for the timer to run out.
This all would not be a problem if the customer support would offer a solution or try to solve the problem. They do not do this. They tell you stupid things, that it is not for tossing around or to place it in a shelf. They did not got the point. They promised to come back to me and check if other boxes have the same issue. They never came back.
Do not waste your money on "premium" products and "premium" support. It is sad that they do not care about customer feedback and basically tell you that you are the only one with a problem and that everyone else is happy.
Update 2025-10-24: My opinion will stay. They came back after my review on Trustpilot. The product is still ok in their opinion. However I disagree,
They offer a refund of $12 USD for the box if i send it back. That is ridiculous considering the tranport fees and taxes for the refund.
I guess there is not really an interest to keep regular customers.
Buy product on your own risks there. If you have problems then have fun dealing with them. I am out and i will never go back to this shop ever.

It does take our fulfillment warehouse time to get back to us on testing an item. I've been updated that they're sending you a reply today. I don't believe our customer support team would "tell you stupid things", as they are trying to explain the intended purpose of the item you are unhappy with, based on your complaints. We absolutely do care about our customer feedback; that does not always mean we will agree. However, we do our best to find a solution that satisfies the complaint. UPDATE: Hello again. We'd just like to clarify that the $12 refund was offered to you WITHOUT the return of the item. We sell the lock separately on our site, and so we took the price of that out of what you paid, leaving the $12 difference (which is the box that you're dissatisfied with). Additionally, the email stated that if you wanted a complete refund for the lock and the box, the full product would need to be returned. This is standard practice for most businesses. If a customer is dissatisfied with a product, you will need to return it for a refund. We will have our customer service team reach out to you again to clarify further. Thank you.

Great service, timely shipping and a terrific product. Chose the CB6000 in clear originally, and both I and my partner loves it. And just ordered the glitter pink as well for dress up.

New cage did not fit my old pins correctly.
I ordered a new cage to fit my existing CBX that I have. The website says all cages are interchangeable with rings, pins and spacers you already have. Well, the center hole on the new cage was not made correctly. The pins and spacers did not fit well. The white center pin was so tight, it would get stuck pushing it in. The clear plastic spacer does not flush inside the cage hole either. I tried my best to make the center better, but this did not work out well either. I don’t think the cage was made right and now I wonder if I order a new complete CB-6000s, if it will be made correctly and fit together right.

If you're having these fit issues with the cage onto your existing parts and believe it to be a defect, all parts carry a one-year manufacturer defect warranty. Fast delivery! I bought the CB-6000S kit awhile back and have enjoyed it but I wanted to try the next size up. The CB-3000 feels more comfortable where I can wear it for longer periods of time.

Wearing the CB 6000
Wearing the CB 6000 is extremely delightful. It provides comfort, ease of use, pain free application, I.e., no pinching. I have had mine for a while now and prefer my wife to cage me in the CB 6000 vs any of my metal cages. Quality is there, easy to see, clean and simple to learn. Enough extra parts to assist in sizing too.
Now for a wish. Locks provided are good as are the plastic locking tabs. But from my wife and keyholder’s point of view, she would like you to offer a lock with a dressy heart shaped key for her to wear when she is out. Also so our teenagers don’t ask why she wears a key 🔑 that looks like a tool chest lock. She ain’t fast at coming up with answers. So if anything a more robust variety of locks to buy or pick when you buy your kit would be amazing.
Otherwise great job!
