Great company.Very friendly helpful staff.Always reliable and quick to send someone out to the job.Always use CBFM for any problems I have with my heating.

Update: I was contacted by Harle following my review as he wanted to get the problem sorted. He managed to do that and arranged a visit for gas service and to fit a new tap I had bought. He advised that he wanted the customer service to be better and he was working with some staff to put that right. I am glad I gave this company a second chance as I am pleased with the job they have done.

I had used this company for a while paying a regular payment for regular gas service and emergency repairs but having lost my credit card and they couldn't take payment, I contacted to update new card however it can only be done by going on their system which keeps blocking me out. I contacted on about 8 occasions and they have been unable to sort it out and their admin team has washed their hands of it. Craig was very helpful but he is in the repair side of things and despite his intervention I have been left with no alternative but to call it a day with this company. The worst thing is the very dissappinting customer service from their Accounts Dept.

I liked: I thought they were helpful and the quote was competetive.

Really pleased with the work and price, all the staff are friendly and professional, they’ve installed a boiler, serviced it and now fitted a kitchen mixer tap, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for plumbing or heating work.

The two lads were really canny who installed the new boiler, they given got my sons teddy for him very grateful, thanks

Great turn around to fix my leaking radiator, fixed on spot, also then returned to fit Hive for me - again great service. Polite and courteous lads. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

2 Engineers Lee and Paul came out to fix our boiler. Work completed to a high and professional standard. Lads were very polite and tidy. Very pleased with service provided.

Booked the Service well in advance. Received text reminders, Engineer arrived punctually in the appointment window. Polite Engineer explained what he was doing as boiler service while chatting. Very happy with whole process.

First class service came out same day after others did not seem interested in the job. Engineer was very helpful with advice. Will definitely use firm again also very reasonable price wise.👍

Amazing service, I called them on Thursday as my very old boiler was finished but the technician tried for 1hr 30mins to sort it out. I needed a new boiler and their fixed quote was so reasonable plus it included the Thursday call out and vat. By Friday a new boiler was installed which is great bearing in mind I tried so many plumbing firms who couldn’t come out, the two guys were so nice and polite even appreciating my scared cats needs!
Personally wouldn’t go anywhere else now that I’ve found them. Thanks for a warm and cozy winter.

Excellent service - heating stopped working and within 24 hours engineer had found the problem collected a replacement part, fitted and tested and now fully working again.

We have been trying to arrange for a plumber to fit our radiators for weeks. Many seemed disinterested, never returned our calls or failed to turn up when they promised to. CBFM turned up when promised and undertook the work at a reasonable price. We are thrilled with our new radiators and the quality of the workmanship and installation. Many thanks

CBFM recently took out my old heating system (ducked air and a water tank) and installed a brand new system (combi boiler, pipework throughout the house and radiators).
Communication from the office via email before, during and after the job was fantastic.
Engineers who attended my property were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful in and around my home.
5 star service, I will definitely be using CBFM again in the future.
