Placed an order on Tuesday for next day delivery, I chased it up yesterday (Thursday) and they had not even dispatched the item until I chased it up as I contacted Royal Mail and they confirmed this (they had not received a tracking code- there wasn't one made to say it was on the way to Royal Mail). On the phone they made out as though it was on Royal Mails behalf as they thought they could be "backlogged", if something is sent for next day delivery, it wouldn't of come to this. It's now Friday morning, Royal Mail still haven't received the parcel and nobody is picking up the phone on Charlie Brown's behalf. Won't order from here again and I'd advise other people to be wary. Also, it doesn't give the option to cancel the order, like it does on other websites. Really poor efficiency from this company.

Shopping in store (Coventry branch) was superb. Extremely helpful and friendly staff with good advice and stock range. Online shopping the shoes was also very good, including bring refunded for an unwanted pair. Email communication was very good. Phone communication not so good …. Couldn’t get an answer.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered some expensive trainers and was sent the wrong colour. I returned them exactly as per their instructions and I did receive the refund for this. However, I was entitled to my postage cost refunded as well as the error was theirs and they refused. This is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Avoid this company at all costs!!
