I can't recommend this company highly enough. The care and attention to detail went above and beyond. The communication from Sharon was faultless and the plaque was beautifully made. Finally,the price just couldn't be beaten. Thank you Sharon!

Straightforward. I thought I would get a preview photo to check everything is ok (my typing errors are really bad)but it arrived and everything was fine. Very pleased with it

I really did not want to leave a negative review but I have no choice.
Ordered double heart with photo base, 2 hearts were sent my mums is broken. Was told the base will be sent separately it's just taking more time. Months are passing and I'm getting excuse after excuse, it's not a regular photo (I said I would send another) , then it was closed for the riots. Now I am being ignored, i have also informed them that i am autistic and struggle with self regulation and this does not seem to matter to them the stress this has put on me the last 3 and a half months. I've had to cancel my mums internment which has cost me emotionally and also financially, they knew this also.
Clearly they do not intend on replacing the broken heart nor sending out the base. Shocking service to a company which specialises in grief memorials.
I am going to have to get a refund from my bank because I just do not see any other option.
No idea what service they provide if the memorial is small, I wouldn't take the risk personally. I am really kicking myself for not reading these reviews first!

Ordered 12 days ago, received nothing yet, no communication either. Website states 7/10 days.
Also why does website say county down and trust pilot say america?
message states We will Reply to your Message /Inquiry within 24 Hours. Not so...

Recommended for that one special memorial stone

Really disappointed with my experience.

I ordered a memorial plaque for my mum and the quality was poor from the start – the engraving was slanted and the gold lettering was already peeling when it arrived. For something so meaningful, this was really upsetting.

I was then told a replacement would be sent, but nine days later I’ve had no dispatch confirmation, no update, and no response to my follow-up emails.

For £60 including delivery, I expected a much higher standard of both product and service. Sadly, this has been a very disappointing experience from start to finish.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering something as important as a memorial plaque from here.

Recieved my order today absolutely beautiful glad I chose this company great value great communication would definitely order again
