I ordered a peavey guitar amp 12 months ago and it was out of stock and it was a battle to get a refund, but recently I dealt with Pete who told me the last manager isn't there anymore and he was terrific in getting my credit and I ordered a takamine acoustic bass and Peterson strobe tuning pedal with my store credit and both have come quickly with shipping updates. Had a phone call from Dora letting me know the pedal was out of stock and I got an upgrade for the same price
I think they were battling with bad management in the past, but I have been super happy with my order and customer experience with them now
Cheap & nasty goods with no service.
Sent us a cade we couldn't use and would only refund if we paid the return postage AND reimbursed them for the postage out. The guy was really offensive and asked if I was sure I had the right instrument, made excuses that it was the right description with the wrong photo etc. I sent several photos showing our saxophone just did NOT fit into case and he was less than helpful. Dodgy products, dodgy service. It's a wonder they're still in business.
They took my money, didn’t deliver and refuse refund
I ordered a Mapex Tom holder from these guys nearly a month ago. I was given no shipping information so I tried to contact them twice by the chat bot on their website and twice by email and nobody ever responded. I called and was told the item was not in stock which is why it was taking a while. I asked for a refund and was told by the staff member that he would inform the sales team. A week later still nothing refund so I called again and was told the same thing but I asked the guy to stay on the phone and process the refund immediately. He said he had done it and that it would take 2 - 3 days to come through but it has been nearly two weeks and I still have no refund. I followed up twice via email but still nobody has got back to me.

Waiting still for item now gone passed 6 weeks. Lots of promises that at some point I might get it. Severely regretting purchasing through Cecere's and recommend others try elsewhere as it is looking like a trend since they became online only store. Avoid this shop
Online with a customer car park?
I went down there, saw the car park, signs for "Cecere's customer parking", and the sign on the door says online orders only! I've been trying for an hour to navigate the website and can't find what I want.

Still waiting 8 months for an item I…
Still waiting 8 months for an item I purchased, with no sign of it ever arriving and company not answering my emails. Terrible service.
Don’t
Bought two packs of alto sax reeds in September. Still hasn’t come. Sent multiple emails which they haven’t replied to. I don’t even know what to do anymore.
Item hasn't been received after 9months from the purchase date.
We purchased a Tombone online in March. Still NO trombone. Everytime we contact the response is pretty much the same response, the only difference is the delivery date, first July, then November and then finally before Christmas. Now they say can't promise we will recieve until after Christmas. We asked for refund as now we have lost total faith in the store. The store has refused to give us a full refund. We have contacted ACCC and Fair Trading. Very disappointed!
Nothing came
I ordered 2 packs of alto sax reeds about a month ago. Still hasn't come and I didnt recieve a tracking number of it.

Website deceptive
Great communication and amp was delivered quickly once they got it in stock. I was disappointed that the website said they had the amp in stock when they actually didn’t. I only ordered from them for this reason as I needed it quickly and they were the only ones showing it in stock. So if you need something quickly I would double check it is actually in store as the website is deceptive. Otherwise a good experience

Foot pedal
Very happy with the purchase and also with the supplier, bought my son a foot pedal for his guitar and he loves it.
The pedal makes a difference and it sounds really good I recommend it

Thin/high guitar strings.
It's great to have a source that supplies bulk single gauge guitar strings. Good to not have to buy sets of strings all of the time when the high strings obviously break more often. Certainly gives you a sense of security knowing you have a good supply of those thin strings on board. Selecting and purchasing was very easy and straight forward on Cecere's online site. Delivery was very quick via express package. Thanks Cecere's Music.

Don't know if I'm actually getting anything
I ordered a 5 pack of Vandoren Strenght 3 Baritone Reeds, I've been invoiced, money has been taken, and I was sent a tracking number for AusPost. Auspost tracking says the package hasn't even been entered into their system and then the first email since the invoice was asking me to review, so here I am without any idea of if I even have my sax reeds coming
