Not always in Stock or on the shelf.
When I went to collect my goods an item was not actually in stock. Went to the next branch which also showed the item to be in stock and wasn't. However he then rang the next nearest branch showing stock and after checking physically I then drove a further 14miles to collect. So from Basildon to Brentwood none at Romford so I ended up at Grays.
