My local branch has always been able to assist with every order. Even if it’s not in stock, the orders have been expedited swiftly. Scott Cook at the Dundee Depot has always been able to pull out all the stops to help us. Our successful delivery of projects has been aided by the flexibility and knowledge of the staff at Dundee. We will keep working with CEF as we move forwards.

Company are great, with a quick response to email queries and concerns. I'm not sure yet, but it looks the local branch might be helpful in replacing faulty (new) batteries, instead of me needing to post them back to Milwaukee Main Distributor HQ. I'll swing by them this evening and see what they can do for me.

Not for me
Delivery guy says nobody was home so he couldn’t leave the parcel so would try again on monday. We stayed in all day but nobody came?? I contacted the company after reatime and the lovely lady came back and tried to resolve it. I already said if we were out leave it on the decking or with a neighbour but i think he didn’t want to come at night and made an excuse. We get loads of stuff from amazon deliveted and never ever have a problem and would have used them for this order if i could. Hopefully get it tomorrow as i’ve left my mobile number as well this time so here’s hoping. Wouldn’t reccomend this courier after my experience
