Efficient!
Firstly I used the online chat to locate an item which was quick and efficient.
I then contacted the Faversham store to arrange getting something couriered to me. Roy Lawrence was extremely helpful and got back to me really quickly. As long as UPS do their bit I will have my item tomorrow.
Thank you to the Faversham store for being so efficient.
