The service and product were good but my gripe is due to the £14 spot light only being available online which incurred a £6 pound delivery charge.
My local branch did try to source one locally but none were available.
I don’t see why local branches can’t get them delivered from their warehouse to be collected.

I found the website easy to use
I found the website easy to use , found the items I needed within a few minutes, and was all paid for and done in less than 15 minutes. Best thing was the delivery was next day, Wow I couldn’t believe how great this company is, would highly recommend to everyone. We do have a local branch (shop) not far from us and they didn’t have any of the fittings that we needed, the guy told me to order from the website so helpful, lovely staff in the shop too. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Purchase lights from CEF
Purchase lights from CEF, received a text from the carriers (Tuffnells) that they had dropped them off, great service. Second order I had to contact customer service to ask if the items are at the store, they were but been dropped off by another carrier, I got no notification from them. Great service from the lads in store. Long Eaton.
