Next day web order
Found that fans I required were not in stock in branch or any cef nearby, was directed to web order for next day delivery to branch, really quick and easy process, lads even gave me a call when they had arrived.

Great Service by CEF
The initial contact was through “Chat” online, asking for advice on which LED Tube to purchase to replace my very old fluorescent tube. I then bought online. Very easy to navigate.
I then asked for a refund because my light fixture was was too old to be used with the new LED 5ft tube. CEF have been helpful, friendly and understanding.
Lisa from Customer Services was lovely and very understanding in letting me know the best way to return the unwanted 24W 5ft LED Tube. So l took the LED Tube to the shop for a refund.
When the refund had not been processed, Lisa quickly chased it up as l had been seen as a business not a private buyer.
Darren the Manager from the Higher Ardwick Manchester Store, who processed the refund in store and then followed up when it had not been done, was helpful, attentive and knowledgeable when l asked about the new Triton shower. Darren then did the refund and l got emails when it had been processed via the original method of payment. Darren was even kind enough to recommend an electrician.
I would highly recommend CEF for various electrical needs.
