Excellent Customer Service ,and Satisfaction as a result .
I visited my local branch of C.E.F , who did not have the item I wanted in stock. I was advised by the member of staff who dealt with me to look on the website , and when I did , the item was in stock and available for next day delivery . As this would have been a Saturday and not convenient for me , I was given the option to have it delivered to the branch on the Monday , which was much more convenient .
The staff at the branch were very helpful and within a matter of minutes , I had received the item , and the whole experience was very much to my satisfaction.
