Our experience with CEF has always been great, regardless of which branch we use. However, the team at the Norwich branch (our core one) in particular is brilliant, with a big shout-out to Will specifically. He is so responsive and always goes the extra mile to get what we need, when we need it. Delivery is always on time and they make ordering so easy, even when we need last-minute items.
They are hands down helping our company grow and deliver on our jobs, even with the market supply challenges.

The price of the tool i bought was spot on and the delivery turn around was fantastic. In regards to improvement, I feel that no improvement is needed.

I ordered some cartridge fuses which arrived bang on time. Unfortunately, I ordered the incorrect ones and requested a return and refund. I called into the Norwich store and this was dealt with very easily. My refund in full was made two days later. Brilliant service.
