I was in Newport branch today, looking for a bunch of stuff; a really friendly and genuinely helpful gentleman called "James" (a member of staff) tried his best to get me what I wanted. It was my first encounter with CEF which turned out so well. I really recommend Newport branch because of the welcoming/helpful staff.
