For the item I purchased the price was very competitive in fact £60 cheaper than anywhere else. It was delivered to the Newark branch as requested on time. The team in Newark were very helpful and knowledgable. Overall a great customer service experience and would definitely purchase through them again,

Purchase of SY canle
Inexperienced counter person did not help with my initial purchase online. The member of staff in the Newark branch told me they had not got the my request in stock and I would need to purchase online. Even though I did take a sample of the cable into the branch and explained my requirements. After the item arrived and was not correct all was taken care of on a telephone call and further visit to the branch.

Picked up an excellent evc tester made by TIS. CEF were excellent- they put me in touch with the local TIS agent who explained the benefits of their system. Really pleased with it and a great price from CEF
