Great customer care!
Great customer care!. I ordered a Domus bathroom fan, @ CEF online, and collected it from the Torquay store. I checked it when I got home to find some of the auto-shutters were hanging loose. Domus said it was faulty and to return it. Took it back, no problem, refund on the way. I ordered another online, collected next day but checked it instore. The same problem. Counter staff spent several minutes trying to work out what was wrong in case a simple tweak would sort it. They found a tiny piece of plastic was missing, so the blades would never work as designed. Sent it back. Ordered a fan from a different manufacturer which was fine. Rare to find a company that cares nowadays, so well done CEF Torquay!
