I was able to find the product that I…
I was able to find the product that I was looking to replace a 50 year old light fitting made by CEF - ETERNA.
However, as this product was available in any of the CEF outlets I had to purchase the product on line and pay exorbitant price for delivery!

Postage costing more than the item…
Postage costing more than the item seems crazy to me. For a very small item two boxes and packaging paper seemed way over the top. The part I purchased could easily have fitted into a postage envelope

The service and product were good but…
The service and product were good but my gripe is due to the £14 spot light only being available online which incurred a £6 pound delivery charge.
My local branch did try to source one locally but none were available.
I don’t see why local branches can’t get them delivered from their warehouse to be collected.
