My order was delivered promtly albeit that there was judt one roll of insulatipn tape missing from the order. I had previously submitted an applicatipn to open an account with CEF but received no confirmation orfeedback of an account being opened.

Ordered on Wednesday morning delivered the following Monday afternoon. Believe it or not this is actually quicker than standing in any of the stores and trying to get the materials over the counter.

Haven’t even had my product been lost I can only assume herd nothing and had to follow up what’s going on now been told have to wait 72 hours to find out where it is
payed for delivery deserve compensation as needed the product for a job not work the hassle buying from CEF

Ordered trunking online. Specified the day I wanted delivery and left delivery information for it be left by side of house. Delivery company said they left a card but didn’t leave trunking. There was no card left. Contacted CEF, they said would be delivered again and left as I’d asked. Still waiting for the delivery!!!

I ordered an air conditioner online during a hot spell, so speedy delivery really mattered. CEF delivered quickly, the unit arrived in perfect condition and the whole process was completely hassle-free. Exactly the kind of online shopping experience you hope for.

Put in my order, waited 24 hrs & went to pick it up, it wasn’t ready so I gave it a couple of hours and rang to be told it would be got ready as soon as I got off the phone, so I called in the next day expecting a quick pickup, no it wasn’t ready again & had to hang around for 40 minutes while the got it together. Not impressed with the service .

I’ve had 4 missed calls & 2 voice mails from CEF customer service now , I didn’t ask for them to contact me & they never left any useful information .

Very quick turnaround. Delivered on time, well wrapped and protected. Just what I wanted. Keep it up!

Quick dispatch and good packaging, though shipping is a little steep for small orders.

Bought some threaded anchor sleeves and the relevant insertion tool. Easy to navigate the website, quick dispatch and delivery. Haven't used the product yet, but seems high quality. Would use again.
