Used the Harper try before you buy service as I have not shopped with Cefinn before. Great service and so pleased with the dress which fitted beautifully

Some nice dresses but not a fan of altering the cut of the Stella dress when it was a go-to fit and formula after many years. These are also a little expensive for machine-made dresses made in China, a lot of which are frumpy. You should have stuck to making them in Portugal and keeping the quality of both fabric and design higher-end.

Ordered two dresses this morning for same day delivery and paid £15 for it. Website only gave me that option. I hung around, no tracking appeared. At 8.15pm finally got an email saying it would not come to today, how about tomorrow. Kind of missing the point of paying a lot for same day delivery.

Ideal to use for special occasion outfits. You can take time to try them on. Fast efficient and easy to return.

Order processing and delivery is quick and easy. The garments are well-designed, well made and excellent quality. The returns process could not be easier and refunds made well within the advertised time frame.

Being 5ft 1” and a size 8 with a bust, I always avoided Cefinn as I felt it was more suited to tall flat chested women, however, this year’s collection is outstanding. I’ve already purchased two of their dresses which I don’t have to turn up and a sleeveless jumper. The quality is excellent and they arrived the next day with free delivery.
