Great experience with Celeso. This is my second purchase from them. I started with the Hulk (love it) and Blusey, both in Stainless. Then I bought the Roman and Blusey in all gold since I just bought a real 18K Blusey. Didn’t think I’d love the Roman so much, but I do. Blusey goes with everything…of course. The Hulk and the Roman are just special and both even more eye catching!

Bought two of these - steel & steel/gold. Great price, fast delivery and they come in XL which means they fit my wrists - well done!!!!

Your company was great. It’s a shame that parcel force let you down as they delivered later than they said they did. But that was not your fault. I am weaing the blusey braclet. I would love it to have been a bit bigger as I have 8 inch wrists.

Damage and no colour consistency, 2 same ordered both completely different shades.
Customer service ignore emails and messages.

I bought 2 brezels, one Pepsi and one All black with the promo "Buy one get 1 free". Order was placed on 13 August and received on 24 August which is 7 working days delivery, which is between the stated delivery time for Europe on their website (4 to 8 days). The bracelets look very trendy and I like the material, very sturdy. At first you have to get used wearing this kind of bracelet, but after a while you won't even remember wear it.
Be aware that if you have big or large wrist, it may not fit you. My wirst is tiny so it is perfect size for me.

Few downsides that refrained me from giving full 5 stars review:

1. Items are shipped from China. I am not against chinese products, as nowadays all is made there, but it should be specified in their website. I thought they were made in Europe. I think i would be fair for the customers
2. The Pepsi bracelet (brezelet) received was slight scratched on one side, Although, when wearing it doesn't stands it out, I feel little bit frustrated of having bought a product that is not 100% perfect.

Bracelets are tiny, don't even reach half way round a grown mans wrist.

No real instruction on how to return?.. Have to email their 'support' address.. No response... No telephone number.. No one cares... No wonder they're "buy one get one free"...

They literally can't give them away.

I can only say that my experience has been wonderful I have issue with one item and they promptly took care of me and sent me another item. You could buy these items with all the confidence in quality delivery and it has been a pleasure to deal with them regards Stewart Montreal Canada

I’m not the biggest bracelet or jewelry guy around but I gotta tell you I do love the Celeso bezelet bracelet. They look classic and elegant and go great with a watch or just by themselves. I got so many compliments on mine, I ended up buying 4 more to give one to each person in my professional consultation group. I’m 100% happy with mine after almost a month !

Never received my item, been given the run around to try and get my money back, postage said out for delivery since the 8th of September but nothing has showed, They are now saying that it’s been delivered but nothing has and Royal Mail is still saying since the 8th when contacting them they are just asking loads of questions that they already have the info, taken money with nothing to show!!!! Now been refunded in full thanks
