It's a real company selling crappy products and using fake pictures
I purchased two handbags from Celestique. I'm hoping it's the same company. I didn't see clothing for sale on the website that I purchased from only handbags that were leather bucket bag dupes. They had various prices, but I purchased two for $79 advertised as genuine leather. They look to be exactly like what I was looking for with the little strap that runs through two square rings and a lock and key.
I ordered a black bag and a lavender bag. Identical other than the color. I ordered them on May 5 and they arrived on June 1. They were well packed, but my first notice was that they were not genuine leather. They are some kind of bonded leather/vinyl with a soft valor type interior, trying to mock suede. In my opinion, $40 each for these vinyl handbags is a complete rip off. For starters.
The black handbag was somewhat acceptable. It did have a lock and key. Both bags were extremely small smaller than what was advertised. The lavender bag isn't even the right color. It's kind of a plum purple dark color. The stitching, the threads, the way the entire bag was put together is wrong. The width is turned sideways, and the straps are sewn on incorrectly. There is no lock and key
. There's a fake lock on the end of the strap, but it's nothing like what was on the black bag. It's basically a thrift store donation at this point because nobody would want to carry this. I could do a better copy at home on my sewing machine using vinyl from Walmart! Horrible waste of money.
