Best/ cheapest batteries in the uk, was delivered in 2 days, fantastic company, 5 star

Using the website was very easy.
They clearly state the ratings of the battery, mah, voltage, amps, size and price per piece.
Paying was also very quick and easy.
Delivery was quick by dpd and come very well packaged.
It had boxes in boxes protected by nuggets. Thankfully nuggets can be easily dissolved with nail varnish removal so it doesn't take up space in my bin either.
I've bought a couple hundred batteries from them and I'm sure I'll buy more.

They always have what I want. Good communication levels. Friendly. One niggle though DPD, the shipping company used this time were pretty useless. I had to chase a non delivery to a random post office. I can’t blame cell supply for that though.

Super speedy postage, genuine cells at a real bargain price, the minimum order going up by 20 pounds was a bit of a kicker but other than that, I can't fault the company or the service provided.

Never ordered from here before but proceeded to order some 18650 Batteries and a charger.

Excellent service and delivery times. Well informed throughout the order process.

Experienced some issues with the charger but it was quickly resolved and a new charger sent out.

You can always get a measure of a company when something goes wrong. Received the wrong cells, was a simple mix up. They immediately sent out the correct cells for the next day without requiring to receive the wrong ones back first. They sent a postage label for me to return the wrong ones. Very good price, service and my preferred company for li-ion cells.

Everything was 5*! The speed of dispatch and delivery , the quality of cells, customer service (needed cases but did not see them on the website and after calling cell supply they included them grátis!) Proper good company and by far they got the best prices in UK. Of course all genuine inventory they got .
