Sometimes the digital download email can get stuck in our customer's spam folder so we would suggest checking there. We have come back to you by email as well and shared with your login details, so that you are able to now download your certificate.
I still have not received this item
I still have not received this item. It was to give as a gift for Father's Day so all we could do was tell him that it was coming. Can you please let me know if this item will ever get here, I can't seem to find out any information with our post office. They just say it is delayed and no idea of an arrival date. I'm sure it is a great item but I need to see it first.
