I am extremely disappointed with the water filter I recently purchased and the way my complaint has been handled.
The machine was installed in my house, and within just two days, it stopped working. Unfortunately, this happened in the middle of my housewarming event, when I had friends and relatives at my home. As a result, I was unable to provide drinking water to my guests and had to leave the event and urgently purchase water from shops.
Can you imagine how embarrassing and stressful this situation was for me? I purchased and installed this machine specifically so that I would have a reliable supply of drinking water in my home. Instead, it failed almost immediately and created a major problem during an important event.
What makes the situation even worse is your customer service. I emailed your customer service team about the problem, but I received no response to my email. When I eventually called customer care, I was told that an appointment could only be arranged two weeks later.
I find this completely unacceptable. You have installed a machine that appears to be faulty in my home, and I am now expected to manage without drinking water for two weeks. I have already had to spend additional money buying water from shops simply because the product you supplied has failed
So i wont promote this company. There will be good reviews. But my experience was really bad

Excellent Service
Like every year I received message to get the soft water system maintained. I paid online and after couple of days received a call for the date of visit. The person came on the date and performed maintenance. Overall very good experience.

higher payment for recurring customers
I set up a recurring order for delivery every three months, but I realized that 15 bags would be too much for that timeframe, so I requested to switch to a six-month schedule. However, they delivered the 15 bags at the three-month mark for €114. I wouldn't have complained about that—I would have simply waited longer before placing the next order—but I checked the website and saw that the price for 15 bags was €84. I don't think it's fair for me to pay more than the website price when I have a scheduled order; not only am I not getting a discount for having a recurring order, but I'm actually ending up worse off.

A very good service
A very good service. The technician was efficient, tidy and very knowledgable. He also listened to my requests and made sure everything was set up just fine. Please commend him for his work. My only grouch with you is the flurry of emails about servicing, the first almost 3 months before the due date and the last after booking. Please don't!

Unorganised
Paid for a service on my system but because there are no technicians in Donegal I had to wait a significant period. Not overly bothered by this. However, I specified a morning appointment twice as I was working the afternoon and was told no problem I’m 2nd on the list. Morning came and went. I was waiting about all day and eventually came in afternoon. I was 5th on the list. Missed my training and was 30 mins late for work. Not the technicians fault, he was dead on. Seems the new owners are looking more for less.
