I just paid for the service
I just paid for the service. Nothing else happened. It would be good to have a way of booking the service online. I did like that you emailed a reminder to do the maintenance, though.

Efficient and Professional installation.
Had water softener, reverse osmosis drinking water system and new triflow tap installed a few weeks ago. From sales to installation took less than a week. Service technician (Tomasz K) is a real professional- arrived on time and was neat and tidy throughout the installation and also provided a thorough explanation of all systems. Overall a pleasant experience and happy customer!

Service guy was very friendly and professional. Nice and tidy work. Identified an issue with my unit but was able to fix on the spot.
