My water was cloudy for a while…
My water was cloudy for a while afterwards. Asked technician was it ready to use answer yes. But I had to empty tank twice before it ran clear.

Lack of communication
I never received a delivery date, I emailed 6 days after purchase to see when the salt will be delivered and I didn’t get a response, the next day the delivery turned up, luckily I was at home. Communication with customers is lacking

I ordered 15 bags of Harvey Arc Mini…
I ordered 15 bags of Harvey Arc Mini Curve Salt, but I intended to collect them from your Dublin branch, as I have done previously.
Unfortunately, I was charged a €15 delivery fee, which I wished to cancel. I called 1800 00 863 and requested a refund of the delivery charge, as I preferred to collect the salt from the Dublin branch instead. Alternatively, if a refund was not possible, I suggested that salt products to the value of €15 could be provided for collection from the branch.
The representative informed me that she had raised the issue with the sales team and that someone would contact me regarding my request. However, nobody contacted me, and three days later the salt was delivered to my address.
Since then, I have tried calling 1800 00 863 and 0818 277 403, but the calls are automatically disconnected. As a result, I have been unable to speak with anyone about this matter.

I recently had a Culligan water filter…
I recently had a Culligan water filter installed at my home. The installation itself was good, but I would like to highlight an important point for other customers.
My system uses 2 × 4 kg salt blocks, and these specific salt blocks are not readily available on the general market; they need to be purchased through Culligan. Therefore, customers should be careful to confirm the salt supply when arranging the installation.
During my discussion with the sales team, I was told that a free supply of salt would be provided, but I did not receive it. I was also not at home when the installation was carried out.
I would recommend confirming exactly what salt is included with the installation before the installation takes place, as it can be difficult to source the correct salt blocks afterwards.

Absolutely ridiculous customer support
Got the water system in under the sink that has to be serviced once a year , you book the service and the take your money , later they send you a email with a date , my case 5 weeks away , on the day they can’t tell you anything about the service ie weather he will be here in the AM or PM I am waiting around since 8am I have rang 3 times now and all I get is I can’t help you we don’t have a number for the engineer he makes his own appointments absolutely ridiculous customer service , they also charge you €180 to service the water filter and they don’t take away all the rubbish and old filters

I was left with a leak after service when i rang serviceman he was on way home said he would try and see if someone else was in area didnt hear back from him do rang the company following day woman said it would be over a week before they would get to me as they didnt have the technichans so i would have to wait not good enough considering they get payment before service very poor customer service
