Cemoto D Series D03
My 13yo son bought a Cemoto D Series emoto bike from in May. After saving up and doing his own research, he found this company and I made some enquiries on his behalf via WhatsApp. They responded super quickly and we're so helpful and friendly. We were worried about shipment times as we're in the UK and were due to go away on holiday so had it delivered to an alternative address in case it came while we were away. We needn't have worried because it was delivered literally within 2 or 3 days of ordering! My son was chuffed to bits that he woukd be able to use it before his hols and he couldn't wait to get back so he could get back on it! 😅 Unfortunately, he let his friend have a go of it last week and the friend did not heed my son's warning that the throttle is sensitive and the bike is powerful for its size 🙈 the bike looped out and the throttle was damaged but we ordered a very reasonably priced replacement and it was dispatched quickly. Again, I contacted them to double check it was the right one before ordering and they responded quickly. Shall be placing another order soon for a scooter for my daughter. 10/10 product, 10/10 customer service 👍
