A personal experience.
Losing a loved one is one of the most painful experiences anyone can go through, and we would like to give a special thank you to Lynne at the Co-op Funeral Home in Gloucester for making such a difficult time as easy as possible.
From start to finish, Lynne was informative, caring and incredibly compassionate. Putting our trust in her meant that my Dad’s funeral was a beautiful and personal farewell that we know he would have been proud of.
She helped us create a plan that suited our wishes while ensuring Dad received the goodbye he deserved. We always felt that our wishes were at the forefront of everything, and the personal touches made remembering Dad feel truly special.
Lynne was our guardian angel during a time when we needed support the most. Her kindness, understanding and unwavering support throughout the whole experience were unmatched.
We will always be incredibly grateful to Lynne and the team for helping us give Dad the farewell he deserved. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I found the Co Operative Funeral…
I found the Co Operative Funeral Service based in Stanground to be excellent in every way , they were kind and helpful and advised me on what would happen on the day of the funeral for my husband. They were sympathetic and the service was really lovely and in fact I had many compliments about this,so Thank You Steve who carried out my wishes perfectly.

We were taken good care of , there was clear communication and the staff were so patient and have been always there to explain our questions step by step. We had a lot of options to choose from. The company and staff were so amazing, job well done and keep it up .

Everything was dealt with in a…
Everything was dealt with in a sensitive manner and all my husbands wishes were granted. What was a very sad day was made less so with the help and support of all the staff.
Particular thanks to Tracey who comforted me on a couple of occasions when I broke down.
I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Great personalised service.
We used Coop funeral services in Cricklade Road Swindon Wilts. We recieved great personalised service great knowledge and expertise friendly,kind, helpful compassionate Sraff were lovely, service was second to none nothing was too much trouble they went above and beyond to make the before during and after smooth and special.
