We used the Heanor funeral home for my Mum's Funeral. I can only say that the staff in-particular Katie, Bex, Steve and Bryan were amazing. From meeting Bex and Steve when they picked My mum up to all the care and support they gave me and my brother in this very difficult time was outstanding. We can't thank them enough.

Mum's funeral. Considering the severity and emotion of…
Considering the severity and emotion of a death and conseqent bookings and operational logistics ,the staff at the funeral parlour could not have been more helpful and also on a " not so serious note". The staff were up there with the best. A personal touch, I put a handkerchief and a cravat of my father's in my mother's blazer in which she would be cremated in, so Mum and Dad were together. I visted Mum in the chapel of rest, to find they had put the hanky in mum's hand and tied the cravat around mum's collar. What a touch. The whole journey with you guys was seamless and helped us all. Thank you one and all for all your help.

Difficult times made a bit easier by Oxley staff
We used the Oxley branch and Ros made the process as painless as possible for us. The fact that she remembered who we were and which ashes we were there to collect without us having to say a word was very much appreciated.
On the day everything went smoothly and Lisa who was coordinating was extremely helpful in letting us know what to do when. Thank you.

The staff were amazing so helpful…
The staff were amazing so helpful especially Tracey who is definitely in the right job. Her compassion and thoughtfulness was just what I needed to cope with a very difficult time. At no time were we rushed when we came to see my husband and on the day the the respect and courtesy shown by everyone including wearing blue ties in line with our Birmingham city football club theme. We are a big family and the funeral could not have been more perfect for Dave. Thank you
