Really great service from Centric, we had an issue with our connectivity thinking it was an outage, they were here within the hour to check the building connectivity and helped trace the problem back to our router and worked with out IT to resolve the issue. We've now got super fast stable broadband.

It is already few months that i am using Centric Communications Ltd services for my internet and landline needs, and I couldn't be happier with the service I've received. The connection is lightning-fast, and I've experienced no downtime or disruptions since day one. The landline calls are crystal clear, and I no longer worry about dropped calls. The customer support team is incredibly responsive and helpful, resolving any issues promptly. We are a charity based in Northern Ireland and recently moved to Centric Communications Ltd and so far we are very happy with the move. We operate in a blended working environment as well as provide telephone advice to members of the public, the new system has greatly improved communication across the teams, the chat facility is very popular and saves time, overall we have seen savings in telephone costs which is critical in the current very difficult funding environment. Support from the CCL team has been brilliant as well.
