I'm so disappointed in Century Relief
I'm so disappointed in Century Relief, at the beginning it was difficult to get a response until finally they provided a representative to work with me. She began fine with communicating if an issue would arise, but come in August there was an issue with my bank and received no call, text or email but I didn't come aware of it until TODAY after the lender called me that Century Relief dropped me as a client. The little conversation I had with the lender about the payments being made to Century Relief my account with the lender would have been paid a long time ago. They reached out to me today only because the lender contacted them about me not being informed of the issue and they tried to explain that they have been trying to call me, but no they did not, an email would have been convenient but they refused to contact me. This was a very bad, unsatisfying experience that I became upset with them that used bad language and hung up.
I worked with Coastal Debt and let me tell you they were very professional, communicated often and after my account was paid, I received a refund from them.
Business don't use Century Debt Relief, now I personally have to handle this issue directly with the lender.
