An inefficient and uncommitted company
I ordered a two tests from this company on 18/07/2023. I did not read the reviews initially (or I would not have ordered) which was my own fault. Nevertheless, despite the negative reviews, I remained patient as I had already placed the order and sent the samples off.
The first test eventually arrived at the laboratory on 25/07/2023 and was told it would take around 3 business days to generate the report with my results. It should be noted that most companies usually have the results back to me by this time. This service was therefore considerably slower than any other blood test service I have ever used. However, I did not receive the results in 3 days, but I did receive an email on 29/07/2023 saying that it was not a problem and that my results would be delayed.
The second test is apparently in the laboratory and I presume I will receive a similar email about 'delays' in the coming days.
Overall, the entire process of dealing with this company has demonstrated a lack of credibility and commitment to the service that they provide. Consequently, I will place little faith in the accuracy of any results and will treat this process as a very expensive mistake and will not use this company again. I would unequivocally advise others to also order tests elsewhere if you want efficiency and accuracy - as if they cannot get their timescales correct, then this places a lot of doubt on anything that this company does.

Ich warte seit fast Zwei Wochen auf das Ergebnis. In der app steht mein Test würde ausgewertet werden.. allerdings schon seit über einer Woche. Ich bezweifle, dass nach so einer langen Zeitspanne noch ein realistisches Ergebnis gemessen wird. Ich würde das Produkt definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

J’avoue que je rencontre pas mal de problème avec vos services. J’ai commandé un test l’année dernière dont je n’ai pas eu satisfaction car mon test n’était pas enregistré sur votre site, j’ai reçu un autre test qui n’a pas fonctionné non plus puis vous me dites que je n’ai pas répondu à temps pour recevoir un nouveau test !!!
Je suis un peu dépité de la suite que vous donnez à mes correspondances.
Je n’ai pas reçu de mail le 8 février comme vous dites puis vous m’annoncez qu’il est trop tard pour prétendre à quoi que ce soit …un peu léger tout ! Pas sérieux

I took their food allergy test TWICE
I took their food allergy test TWICE. Followed all instructions on the test and sent it out on a Monday as instructed, each time registering the test on their website. Weeks later I get no promised notifications or updates so each time I contact customer service, get no response from them but the same day I finally get a notification that my sample has now been "received" and will be processed. Each time the next day I get another alert email saying that unfortunately they cannot process the sample as it is "too old" and that this is "rare". Well, twice out of two attempts is not rare. EDIT: I will try ONE more time but it is obvious that me taking the samples on a Monday and sending them out the same day is not the problem here, the third attempt next week will prove whether it is a scam or not...

We are very sorry that both of your samples did not reach our analysis in time and that the shelf life of these samples could no longer be guaranteed.
We always offer our customers a free replacement test or cancellation and refund if the sample analysis was not successful.
In addition, I could see that we only received one inquiry from you and we responded to it directly. We have contacted you personally to offer you a suitable solution.

I received a DNA Fitness test for my birthday (value of £140 on their website !).
I send my first sample on the 27th of March - Sample could not be analysed.
Cerascreen sent out a free test replacement
I sent the second sample on the 13th of May - Sample could not be analysed, AGAIN.
Cerascreen sent out a free test replacement
I sent the third sample on the 5th of June - Sample could not be analysed, AGAIN
I asked for a refund and had been refused, and has been asked instead to get a FOURTH replacement test, which I have no confidence will ever be analyzed.
In summary, it has been an awful experience. I have spend more time speaking to this company that I have enjoying any result from the product. For what was meant to be a birthday present, I'll be waiting for my next birthday to maybe see a result !
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !

Die Möglichkeit einiges selbst zu testen finde ich gut, die Wartezeit auf das Ergebnis ist sehr lang.

Test konnte nicht ausgewertet werden
Ich habe einen Test bestellt, bekommen und gemäss Anleitung retourniert. Nach ca. 3 Wochen (erst nach dem ich nachgefragt habe) hiess es, dass mein Text nicht ausgewertet werden konnte. Gemäss Support wird mir dann ein neues Test-Kit zugesandt. Nach weiteren 10 Tagen dann die Nachricht, dass sie nicht mehr in die Schweiz liefern können.
Für mich keine seriöse Firma! Hätte ich vorher bei Truspilot nachgeschaut wie die Bewertungen sind, hätte ich niemals bestellt.

Ich arbeite im Marketing und ich kann euch sagen ihr sollet im Controlling mal nachschauen was ihr von euren Prozessen besser machen könnt. Bzw. wie viele Tests werden bei euch als nicht auswertbar gemessen? Das werden wohl sehr viele sein. Und wenn die Leute lange warten um dann zu erfahren das ihr Testergebnis nicht auswertbar ist und sie noch mal lange warten müssen um einen Ersatz zu bekommen, dann macht ihr euch euer Image kaputt. Ihr solltet dringend handeln. Vielleicht kann man einfach ein paar Prozesse umstellen. Ich kann nur sagen nach meiner Erfahrung her war das sehr unbefriedigend. Vll sollten die Tests erst dann berechnet werden wenn ihr sie auswerten könnt. Dann erspart ihr euch den Aufwand für die Reklamationsfälle und gleichzeitig den Frust der Kunden. Die gehen hier mit der umständlichen Blutabnahme dem Versand und dem bezahlen einer nicht erbrachten Leistung immer in Vorleistung und müssen zusätzlich noch die Rückerstattung angehen. Keine gute Customer Journey.
Update:
Der Kundensupport war freundlich und die Abwicklung der Rückerstattung auch deshalb hab ich die Bewertung dementsprechend angepasst.

vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Aufgrund der Komplexität unserer Produkte können die Proben manchmal nicht analysiert werden, und wir verstehen, dass dies für einige Kunden frustrierend sein kann. Wir können dir versichern, dass die Ablehnungsquoten und die Gründe, warum die Proben nicht analysiert werden können, gut und regelmäßig überwacht werden.
Wie wir sehen können, stimmt das Datum der Aktivierung deiner Proben nicht mit dem Datum überein, das du als Datum der Probenentnahme angegeben hast. Gemäß dem von dir eingegebenen Datum waren die Proben bereits zu alt, weshalb das Labor die Proben zurückgewiesen hat.
Deine Rückerstattung ist ebenfalls in Bearbeitung, sodass du dein Geld in Kürze zurückerhalten wirst.
