Having just moved house, I was experiencing serious issues with my internet connection and I found Cerebrum by chance, they could not have been more helpful from the very first contact. They sorted out my internet problems with a brilliant "mesh" system and made my life so much easier. As a consequence of this attention to detail, I asked Cerebrum install all the TV's in my house and create a media room, which they have done superbly. We carried out a full refurb on our new family home where Cerebrum initially did a design & consultation including AV solutions, networking, media room, smart blinds, lighting and security. We at one point needed to revisit and revise these plans and I cant thank Kieron and Jules enough for their adaptation and flexibility. The install guys, Gav and Adrian were considerate, polite and first class at their jobs. A great experience and highly recommended!

We have just completed a self-build where we used Cerebrum as the consultant for all smart home elements. From the start, they were able to advise us as to what was possible and then worked with us to hone that down to the elements we could implement within our budget. We have ended up with a connected home that has fast internet inside and out. They put in a great lighting system, home security and, TV and audio that works seamlessly.

Cerebrum has been one of the best companies we have worked with! When renovating a house there are so many things to do and cerebrum made things as seamless as possible. They were always available when needed and every team member was friendly and professional!

A really good company to deal with, they listened, recommended, suggested and advised us on a home cinema set up replacing an old projector one. The installers were very caring, good at the detail and did a good job. I have a bit of DIY left to do with hiding cables which isn't surprising. A few minor tweaks needed to be done afterwards which they sorted out very quickly. I would definitely use them again as they are honest and trustworthy.

Cerebrum service has been exemplary from the point of assessment for the best security systems for me through to the installation .The technicians were very professional and respectful of my home. They are knowledgeable and competent as well as friendly and talked me through the workings of the systems.

I didn't know what we needed, but knew that we wanted fast broadband, a better sound system and a TV that made an evening in as good as an evening at the cinema. Cerebrum took us through the options then delivered a result that is better than we could have hoped for. I'm sure others are cheaper, but doubt anyone is as good!

Cerebrum designed and installed my audio visual system whilst we were renovating our home. Knowing a bit about networking myself and having spoken to a several “so called experts”, I found Cerebrum stood out for their knowledge, design expertise and most of all listening to my requirements. I called them back recently to take a look at an issue with my CCTV. A visit was scheduled promptly and the issue was resolved in a couple of hours. Great friendly service by the team.
