I have a policy with Certi and they are…

I have a policy with Certi and they are refusing to send an engineer out as a result of my heating and hot water not working properly. This is despite the fact that I have cover for them to do so.They seem to have arbitrarily assessed the fault without actually having someone inspect it. The result of this has left my heavily pregnant wife and elderly parents without sufficient heating or hot water.

Good offering for good price

We haven't yet required the services but having just signed up the prices are very competitive for a great offering - hope the service is just as good!

By default you selected another of my…

By default you selected another of my email addresses to the one I used on my application (although both are valid).

By default you selected another start date to the one I requested meaning I now have to change it

I spoke to a lovely lady when…

I spoke to a lovely lady when requesting my free boiler service and I received contact the very next day from the service engineer who arranged for the boiler to be serviced today. The engineer arrived today to complete and I couldn’t be happier.

Emergency attendance

We had a electric breakdown on Saturday, the electrician attended quickly and solved the problem.

The website was easy to use

The website was easy to use and the content was easy to understand. I can’t fault it.
Of course, the most important thing is that the service is ideal for us - and very good value for money
