Service Dog Certification of America Opiniões

From the start everything was so easy!! The service was fast!!

They've been so helpful and managed quickly my request and I can't thank them enough

I appreciate the company calling me to verify the size of the vest that I needed for my dog. The gentleman saw that I stated that my dog was a miniature poodle and realized that more than likely the size that I requested for the vest would probably be to big. I truly appreciated their attention to details and providing that personalized attention. He assured me that if I received the vest and it did not fit my dog properly, that I could return it for one that fitted. That's what great customer service is all about. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I wrote three paragraphs and they were deleted, so I'll summarize. Amazing company with great products that last through the years

It has worked for my landlord where I moved in! Also Im really happy with all that came in the package!I will recommend your company to whoever asks me that are needing the services you provide! Thank you.

Very user friendly application and simple instructions to get your pet registered as an ESA.

I am glad yall could help me

Such a wonderful service - Adam is so informative and patient!

Quick, as promised

My digital version (that I paid for) will not open. It's in some weird format that I can't get to.

Update:
Someone called me from CMD.com and no matter what he did, it wouldn't download from my primary email account. He sent it to another email and I then forwarded it to my primary email and it finally worked. Thank you, Certifymydog.com

It was a very easy and seem less process.

Made sure I got what I needed as quickly as they could.

We have used this company for years, but their recent response was above and beyond our expectations. We have recently moved from California to Los Cabos, Mexico. Unfortunately, someone lifted my wallet from my purse at the grocery store - with our Service Dog card inside. I visited their website at 8 PM (after calling all the credit card companies, etc.) and they not only responded to my inquiry but made ordering a new card absolutely painless. If you need a card for your service dog, these are absolutely the best people to use! Couldn't give them any higher recommendation!

Easy to talk and he explained all the benefits and what’s plan best for us

Adam was so nice, so professional and know exactly what he was doing.
Thank you for everything !

comprehensive and covered the service my dog provides.

Great fast service
