This is the BIGGEST SCAM you will ever come accross as not a single of their exams are correct or updated. They are the biggest liars and the refund policy is complete rubbish as they keep on saying the are working on the refund, but nothing happens.
When you want your complaint escallated to a manager or someone that can help, then they just keep on saying they can't put you through to anyone.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON CERTSTAR as it is a COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SCAM ALERT!!!
There salesforce exams are bogus and they are scamming people. According to their refund policy, if you do not clear your exam after preparing from the dumps they provide, it will be fully refunded. I kept on emailing the support and someone "Dorthy" keeps saying to purchase "Free of Cost" another exam from us and then they stopped responding. I would recommend not to go with CertStar, they are fraud and it is a scam.

I have negative experiences with Certsstar. The study guide is of poor quality and it does not help in preparing for an exam. There is a money back guarantee... in theory. Even if you provide proof that you failed they do not return any money. No matter how hard you try to contact them by mail or chat, they simply ignore you. To avoid!!!
