Stay away!! This is a scam. I bought a neck pillow that promised both heat and a lovely massage. For starters, there is barely any noticeable heat, and it makes a truly terrible noise. I wanted to take advantage of their satisfaction guarantee, but they countered by offering me a 20% discount on the purchase price if I kept the item. I’m not interested in that, and I was told that I have to pay for the return shipping myself—which, fair enough, I suppose. However, the return address I was given belongs to a private individual—who turns out to be a 20-year-old Swedish guy.

I am going to report this as a scam!

Jag vill varna för det här företaget! De 60 dagarna öppet köp kräver att du inte testat den. Inte brutit förpackningen! Företaget finns i Kina! Så att skicka tillbaka den är krångligt och dyrt!

Desværre et kæmpe scam. Kina firma som sender et ubrugeligt produkt. Retur koster mere end selve produktet

Terrible Company og terrible PRODUCT. The massage pillow does not massage but only makes a lot of noise.
They promise 60 days return - to China- you have to pay the return which is more expensive than the PRODUCT.
It is not a swedish company, it is Chinese.

Don’t shop there!!!

This is the worst kind of Chinese scam sites. It is not a massage pillow. It only vibrates and makes a lot of of noise. The web page states 60 days satisfaction / return policy. Yeah but that is where you pay for the shipping back to China. Which will never be worth it. Total scam. You can Google the product and easily find other totally similar to under half the price. A shame I bought it.
