Sounds like Scam to me!
How I was treated by this company made me believe it’s a scam! To be honest still I don’t know if they are a real company. I saw just one review about their service despite their website being presented so convincing! I ordered a dining table online on their website on February 27th, 2026 and still haven’t received my order despite multiple times I called them and each time they brought some excuses for the delay. I was supposed to receive my item within 10 days! They were not even bothered to call me and I had to call them when I started getting worried because there was an unexpected long delay in delivering my order. When you call this company’s customer service there’s no one to answer your call and you can just leave a message then they call you back later if they do! Anyway, Sam from the company called me back on March 27th, 2026 to let me know that finally after a long delay, that my order has been shipped. Until today which is April 9th, 2026 I haven’t received my order. I called them last week and left a voice message! No one has reached me to explain or offer me a compensation! I had to open a dispute through my bank to get my money back as I literally believed I am the victim of a scam. What kind of company it is that their management is so irresponsible towards their customers. The website is very deceiving that’s why I trusted them and purchased an item on it but they wasted my time, ruined my plans and caused me a lot of frustration. I hope no one else experiences what I did with this company!
