Quality products delivered rapidly. Not my first Jono and Jono purchase and will definitely not be the last. Goods are in my hands faster than the local hardware store can order and deliver.

Thanks Josh! Stoked to hear all three chainsaws are sorted. Appreciate the support, catch you next time!
Jono & Johno are the best company for service and supply.
I've been purchasing mostly chain saw equipment from Jono & Johno for 19yrs now and never had an issue. I'm located over 700km from Ballarrat and I've ordered wrong sized parts and they've taken them back and sent out the correct parts without any hassles. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always good for advice. I called in once to pick up a fire pump as they're not suitable for post and that's been going for over 10 yrs with oil & air filter and spark plug changes. All purchased through Jono & Johno too.

13hp Honda clone.
Earlier than expected delivery. Engine as described, runs well. Doesn’t seem cheap and nasty. I think with regular services it should match the Honda equivalent. Time will tell.

Easier with electric start pump
This pump was delivered in fast time with everything as described. Have not had any rain since receiving the pump, so have not been able to transfer water to house tank as yet. The electric start will greatly assist us, as we are not able to pull-start anymore. Thank you so much for easy purchase. Peter

A very positive experience with Jono & Johno. I experienced a technical fault with a new product, however, the problem was handled promptly with full resolution of the issue. Staff (Dallas) was highly professional, courteous and willing to resolve my issue thoroughly. Jono and Johno provided an excellent service. I would highly recommend this company!
