For years I've been looking for spare arm cups (broken) and pads (badly worn out) for two Humanscale Freedom chairs. Seemingly, the only source was eBay coming from the US.
But finally I found The Chair Clinic in the UK, and they had all that I needed, and I got it all without hassle.

Not only were these people the only ones that could supply exactly what I wanted without ordering most likely the wrong part but backed it up with first class customer service rarely available today. There was a slight hiccup in the delivery process but their staff kept a daily eye on proceedings and came to rescue the order for me. Well done ladies - I think you know who you are. The has lift has given my chair a new lease of life. I have an expensive gaming chair and it always my a noise when sitting on it and I could never work out why. 3 years later the gas lift gave out, replaced it with a heavy duty one and the chair works better now and the noise had gone. Thank uou
