White Silk backdrop
I bought the white silk backdrop with swags. I have previously bought one before for weddings and events and it was very good quality. This one is also very good quality. I bought it for my church. Delivered the next day as stated with no problems. It looks beautiful and I know the church members will be very impressed. Sandra Chair Covers have excellent customer service and I would use them again in the future with no hesitation.

The quality was absolutely amazing delivery really fast and there was a manufacturing issue with one of the screws which was sorted within 24 hours and the service was just incredible I would highly recommend.

Out of stock but free upgrade
Took order and payment done. Unfortunately, received an email stating that it is out of stock.But after further discussion, the team upgraded the cover and sent me a new one with no extra cost. Thank you.

Our records show that we upgraded the table skirt part of your order which unfortunately was out of stock to a slightly bigger sized table skirt in the same design and the same colour but which is a bit more expensive at no extra costs to you; you confirmed that you were happy with the upgrade and this has been delivered to you.

Hi There
Apologies for issue you encountered with your order. FedEx tracking show that the courier attempted delivery of your order and you were not available to receive the goods on 2 occasions. The FedEx driver did not feel it was safe to leave the goods outside your property unattended and decided to return the goods to sender. As soon as we received the goods back, we processed your full refund as you stated that you no longer require the goods. Apologies again for the inconvenience caused please
