Great aftersales customer service. I was in need of a replacement arm for my chair.
Part found and sent immediately. Fantastic turnaround.

Bought my office chair 2 and a half years ago. A caster and gas strut had broken. Contacted customer services and spare parts were issued that day, received within 2 days along with a video as to how to repair the chair.

Screws for the base did not fit, had to cut new threads. Very poor construction.

Chair delivered next day when it was scheduled for 3-10 days, great service. The only down side was when chair was delivered the packaging was terrible half failing apart, squashed on all corners & I nearly refused the the order due to its conditions. However as I needed the chair today I accepted and the chair was good with minimal assembly.

A fault developed in my chair after 2.5years as it was still under the generous warranty (5yrs) I emailed in and Rich had replacement parts sorted ASAP. I was really grateful for it just to be sorted with no hassle as that hasn't always been my experience when going to other companies with issues under warranty.

I love the chair and really missed the comfort of it for the few days I was without it while waiting for parts.

Would buy from this company again.

Purchased my office chair last May (2022) and was delighted with the quality of the chair and the service. Unfortunately I had a problem with one of the castors this week and contacted Chairoffice for help. Let me tell you they could not have been more helpful and today three days later I received replacement castors and for a company to offer this sort of after sales service is exceptional. Thank you Chairoffice and Louie for your help.

That's what my posterior emanates each morning when I go to sit on my new Chairoffice Goliath seat. It is excellent value for money and the build quality is superb, I honestly think that I won't need another seat the rest of my days and I could even put on 50kg and the weight would still take me, unless I take up Sumo professionally I am hoping this will not be the case.

The staff were extremely helpful and able to deak with a more complicated delivery to Northern Ireland (oh Brexit, or as I like to call it, Eton Mess). The chair arrived promptly without incident, all the p0arts were there and I was able to put it together in minutes and have been loving it ever since. I will definitly be using these guys again, Rich, was super helpful and everyone had a nice manner.

The product (ergo rocking knee chair) was slightly different from the photos, which wouldn't have been an issue except that my legs didn't quite fit in. I am not a big person at all so it seems like these products are made inconsistently and possibly not tested.

Ordered my chair, arrived the next day. Sadly damaged by the Courier.
One email with 2 photos and within minutes I received notification a replacement was on its way from the courier. Unbelievably the courier damaged 2 parts on the replacement. Yet again an immediate response, namely replacement items sent out to arrive the next day. Note they use a big brand name courier. Why they get 5 Stars (should be 10 Stars); well a five star rating when everything goes right is easy to achieve. The true test is how a supplier solves a problem - ChairOffice are brilliant.

Excellent customer service from Louie. Online booking was easy and delivery was next day. The chair I ordered was really well made and sturdy but unfortunately, it was too big and firm for me so I needed to return it. (With hindsight I ordered the wrong chair for my size.....nothing wrong with the chair). Louie was very quick at replying to my emails regarding the return process, collection and refund. I would definitely recommend them.
