One of the reasons this company was chosen by my cycling club was lifetime quality warranty. Two months after receiving my cycling kit the zipper broke. I’ve been trying for 3 months to get a replacement jersey. Still no jersey, no comminication and no refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have a few pieces of kit from Champion Systems. None of it fits well so I just don’t wear it.
Our riding group were looking at having a customised kit made up, just for us. Once I found out it was with CS I was immediately sceptical. I tried to intervene and get some input re the design and fit but was stonewalled by the CS contact (weird to deal with). I eventually just withdrew my support and the kit idea was dropped like a hot brick.
If you decide to go with this company, scrutinise the fit and scrutinise and scrutinise. I’m talking leg length arm length body diameter….. everything. Like I said. Nothing fits nicely. I buy Black Sheep in Medium… it fits. This company, it’s a stab in the dark. You are saving nothing, it it doesn’t fit & you leave it in the bottom of the drawer.
Just found out my cycling club is going with them for the new run of club kit.
I might give this one a miss, thanks.

I recently purchased a tri-suit from Champ-Sys.com, and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with their customer service. When I received the suit, it had a manufacturing defect that caused it to start bobbling after just one use. I immediately contacted their customer service team to request a replacement, but they were very unhelpful and unsympathetic. Despite sending them photos of the defect, they refused to acknowledge the issue and even suggested that I caused the damage myself. I found their lack of concern to be unacceptable, and it has left me with a negative impression of their brand. I would not recommend Champ-Sys.com based on my experience with their poor service.
