Then like their sister site Punt they updated their site, changed V.I.P system, and lessened the weekly bonuses to nearly nothing. They have fell from a fave to a wave. Wish they would go back to the site we all knew and loved. Watch as their ratings fall if not.

If I could give chanced a -1 star I would. I joined several months ago and have purchased many packages. Out of nowhere I was not allowed to buy packages. I could claim my daily bonus, play those and play GC but could not buy packages. I emailed support. Got a generic response saying I violated something. When I asked what I did all I got was a copy and paste reply that was sent previously saying I violated terms. One person responded eventually and said they didn’t know why but I could try again later. I did. For several weeks and nothing. I stated on VM discord that chanced was a disaster and didn’t hire competent people to resolve issues which many other people on discord were saying the same thing. Chanced responded with “ email us we would be glad to help”. BS. By this time I already deactivate my account. I would advise not spending a dime at chanced. If you have an issue they will not be resolved. I will continue to play on McLuck which has flash deals and the daily rewards exceed the piddly .10 chanced offers. Chanced is a disaster!

Winning has become a thing of the past. Even when you purchase a boosted bundle or free spins, there's nothing you can really accumulate. Redeeming is really fast but I haven't redeemed in anything in months..

The amount of games is nice but the RTP never seems right. There have been countless times I can sit and bet at the lowest amount on a game and go through $30 without a single hit or bonus. Then even if you bonus after $30 you are lucky to get $3 back. I don’t need to hit for thousands although that would be nice but damn I’d like to be able to keep playing for a while longer.
