Failed to register.
It didn't recognise my email address format, which I use all the time quite well.
It said my name should contain only letters, it did.
It didn't recognise my postcode.
I guess I'll not be watching My5 so I really can't say anymore about their service, or lack of.
Very poor experience.

Why advertise programs as view the whole series now when it’s not available? Such as rich holiday poor holiday.. buffering after adverts

I was 30 minutes into watching cooper and frye and was hit with round 2 of adverts. I don't mind a few, until I saw this was showing 1 out of 11 adverts and each one was around 30 seconds each!! ridiculous and I happily uninstalled the app. Waste of time.....literally!!

Terrible, constantly crashes or freezes, impossible to watch a program from start to finish.

l would not give this channel a 0, 0.0,es[ecialt Jeremy Vine, the panel are so bias, unqualifies to give views on the subject matter, as soon as l know certain panelists like Mr Pary sand Carole Malone this is coming on, l now switch over, a man full of hate and desperate attempts at and incapable giving a sensible comment, who must obviously keep his brains in a box on the mamlwe piece, so full of cronies you can almost predict who is the panelists, this show keeps telling people to call but do not answer the phone, ripping people off with premium telephone numbers, it wants taking off the air for their practices, to outline what is naff about this chanel l would need a book in volumes

Shambles, in this day and age your app is still absolute tripe, crashes, freezes, missing episodes.

Like most of there programs and have for years but ..Take the piss with the adverts ..it's getting longer it's boring and makes me stop watching and leaving it for another time ... It's frustrating because it's all across the board

Would love to give it 0 stars, or even minus stars. Trying to watch The Missed Call, but given up as it has crashed at least 10 times during one episode. Won’t bother continuing to watch, and certainly WONT ever watch this streaming service again. Also, really strange ow it NEVER crashes during the adverts, which are numerous.

Worst app ever. Can’t watch any thing on streaming as keep getting error code VJS 2999. Tried resetting router etc. Totally rubbish app.

Useless, cuts off leaving you t the start of everything you were half way through

seems to show wall to wall copaganda and doesnt use things like police interceptors to show what happens when cops get it wrong

The most frustrating app both on my smart tv and Sky streaming.
Fails to load leaving you staring at a blue screen.
Frequently stalls and freezes when you do start a programme.
I use it as little as possible.

Lots of adverts, buffering is ridiculous, can't watch any programmes, cuts off etc....the system is very poor and can't cope with tv.i

Watching Missed Call has been SO frustrating with constant freezing, buffering, adverts, having to restart the episode to get it moving along!!! The subtitles were sometimes there, and would then disappear! I won’t be watching anything else on Ch5!!! 😡😡

I would give zero stars if i could but trying to watch a program on your platform and its like pulling teeth. Freezes every few seconds. Adverts come on and they play with no issue, very convenient. Sort your service out channel 5 its bloody awful

Watching missed call catch up my5 via Sky stream.
Absolutely frustrating catch up service buffers freezes stops , subtitles on then off.
Interminable adverts repeated yes repeated after farting around to get the player working yet again.
It's worse that the old ITV hub and that was awful.

Want to watch something but they want to know everything about me. So I decided to go elsewhere can't be bothered with all this rubbish they aren't the only channel either doing this this is why I won't watch BBC

You can’t enjoy a show fully because of all the ad breaks. It’s so annoying I gave up watching.

Streaming on this channel is absolutely ABYSMAL, if you put it on hold you loose the subtitles, if you mute the Adverts you loose the subtitles, in this day and age this channel should be much better than it is, I give ot 1 star actually it's 0. It must be agony for people like my husband who is hard of hearing and rely on subtitles. 🥺🥺🥺🥺
