Online Shopping as it Should Be
Everything went as smoothly as I could have wished. Was initially a bit worried as I have not had great experiences with DPD but it turned out totally fine in the end. Also love the shoes.

The ordering process is good
The ordering process is good. Shoes arrived on time and as ordered. I find the emails from Customer Service a bit rude regarding my concern. It was resolved but the customer service should be a little more friendly and not saying " I think you are joking?" Etc. Anyway all.was good at the end.

Unprofessional and untruthful
They sent me shoes that looked worn and when I signaled this issue they became aggressive and impolite. Unprofessional and untruthful, I had a very unpleasant experience with them in the end.
