Fantastic Galentines last night, another wonderful wholesome event full of laughter!

Misleading email about transferring stamps over to the new digital system.

I got it on 26th January at 11:00, and it says I had 7 days to complete the forms but now it says it's too late. It's misleading and now because you lied in the email, I can't transfer my stamps over. 

I joined the bookclub in June 25, and I'm so glad I did! It is a great bookclub where I have met great book lovers like myself, and can talk all thing books!
I very much look forward to our monthly meet ups and have been able to expand my reading genre so much more.
In addition to monthly meet ups, the bonus chapter events online you can join are fabulous, and I have been able to talk to some great people around the country as well. Love the author Q&As! If you looking for a book club i would highly recommend joining Chapter 25 in an area near you!

This is a very friendly, welcoming book club which has created a real little community around it. The books are an interesting variety and lead to plenty of stimulating discussions. The group organiser is lovely and very efficient, and the members are great. It's also a good way to meet people. Recommended! Barbara

I have been to 3 clubs because of the days I've been available and new clubs opening closer to home and all hosts and attendees have been wonderful. Some of the books have been awful and I have had great fun debating their relative merits with others who have loved them and some have been so good I've gifted them to friends. This has got me out of the house, reading books I'd never have considered picking up and is a lovely pause in the month.
I think you'd miss the point if you join a book club to love every book.

Chapter 25 is an amazing book club where you can explore different genres you may not typically read, as well as make new friends who also share the love of reading. The hosts go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, from your first meeting, to every other. The people you meet are amazing! You get to share your knowledge and love of books with others who appreciate it!

Joining was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Everyone is so friendly, and the extra online events are excellent fun. You get to be a part of a fantastic community, highly recommend!

I can honestly say that joining C25 was one of the best decisions I made last year. I was incredibly nervous at my first meeting, but I shouldn’t have been. The host instantly made me feel welcomed when I arrived, providing name tags and introducing me to a group of members at a table.

Since then I’ve met some amazing people, and made a great new group of friends that I’ve met outside of C25 meets. Being a busy mum of 3, I’ve finally found something that fits into life. It’s a little slice of wellbeing for me, and has given me some of my spark and confidence back. It’s much more than a bookclub to me.

I’ve read genres and books that I would never have otherwise read. And even on the odd occasion where I’ve found I’ve not enjoyed a book, the decisions have always been interesting and given me a different perspective. The meetings are kept interesting at Chapters with different activities. The host tends to mix our tables part way through, which is great as you meet more people (I was initially hesitant at the thought but it’s been the best thing!). She also takes time to sit at each table for a while to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable,

There is also access to a lot on online content / events, though I have taken the opportunity to do these yet.

Mala the book club host does a great job! The meetings are always well organised, Mala has cultivated a warm and inclusive group, ensuring every member, even the quieter ones have an opportunity to share their views.

Great book club as it challenges your reading. Very friendly atmosphere because of the friendly members and lovely host.

I’ve loved every second of being part of the chapter 25 book club! You get so much included for the price and our group has become such a community! Our host Mala is fantastic and always provides us with such amazing sessions!

Do you love reading but got noone to talk to about it? JOIN CHAPER 25. Best decision I ever made! Such a lovely and kind community, it brings me to tears(happy ones).

Terrible money grabbing scheme. Host did nothing to welcome people or try to make people feel at ease. Lots of sketchy rules about you have to be a member for 3 months before you can cancel and they don't offer a trial before you commit to that. I requested to leave after a rubbish experience and got no reply. They continued to take my subscription so I emailed and they now refuse to refund because I didn't give enough notice. I did but their hosts don't bother to reply. Bullshit scheme. Don't bother.

Great way to encourage you to read more books and try different genres.
Everyone is friendly in my group and it’s lovely to set aside some time each month to discuss books.

Absolutely fantastic, this is a wonderful group. Easy to strike up conversations about the most weird and wonderful books. Everyone is welcoming even if you haven’t read the book it’s still a good time. I never miss a session.

This is such a thoughtfully led book club. I joined the Halifax club and am blown away at how friendly it is, how welcoming the host it and how thoughtful all the content and discussion points are. The books are varied and it's making me read a better variety of genres, even if I don't always love everything - it doesn't matter and it's good to discuss why!

I joined almost a year ago to meet more people in my local area and just expand my reading. It’s been a brilliant decision and I’m so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone! It’s really nice having not only a structured read, but to then hear others views on it. Aside from the book chat, it’s been lovely getting to know my club and having other non-book related chats. If you're on the fence, definitely give it a go.

Everyone is so lovely and welcoming. It’s a great community. I look forward to book club meet up every month. It’s brilliant to be able to meet people with a shared passion and love for books. You can unapologetically be yourself and yap about books as much as you like

I joined Chapter 25 about six months ago, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I chose a virtual group rather than an in-person club, but I still get a genuine sense of human connection, and our group is just wonderful.
Our host, Charlotte, is absolutely lovely — welcoming, warm, and brilliant at creating a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere. The rest of the group is just as friendly, which makes every meeting something to look forward to. We read a great variety of genres, and our discussions are often animated, thoughtful, and engaging.
Beyond the monthly book club meetings, Chapter 25 offers so much more, including genre-specific bonus clubs, crafts, wellness sessions, author Q&As, and other events. It really feels like a community rather than just a book club, and it’s excellent value for money.
I’d wholeheartedly recommend Chapter 25 to anyone looking for a supportive, engaging, and enjoyable reading experience — especially if you’re considering a virtual club.
