First class company
First class company ! Everything from the staff at the yard who were super helpful to the email and phone call updates have been excellent. Delivery driver was such a nice and polite chap. He even closed my front gate behind him( something other delivery drivers find hard to do). Quality of fence panels looks great too. Would definitely recommend this company.

From the time I contacted Charfleets to the time of delivery, they couldn’t have been more helpful. Katy in the office was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction, and Robert was outstanding on the delivery. First class service, quality fence panels, trellis and decking board ordered online at a very good price. Notified of delivery within a few days and was kept up to date with estimated time of arrival. Delivery man very friendly and professional.

Very helpful
Needed some concrete fence posts and gravel boards for a retaining wall. Charfleets offered the best price by some margin so I gave them a call to see if delivery was possible. Although I was out of their usual area, they were delivering the next day in kind of my direction so they agreed to do a one off drop for me. Even with delivery cost the price was still good and the goods were on my drive when I got home. All seems good quality and the double ended posts are a bonus as I'm cutting them in half. When I called, the staff were friendly and helpful, I'd happily buy from them again.

The job was the carried out by two gents can't remember their names but they did a great job in awful weather and then cleared up everything.

5 Star from start to finish
fantastic professional service from the moment we made an enquiry and this continued right through the process, nothing was too much trouble from initial survey from Kevin ( us changing our minds a few times ) , kept up to date throughout the installation by Rob and the team ( we are relocating from Yorkshire to the area )so most of this took place whilst we were not in the area, after fit survey from Kevin , making sure we were happy with everything, which we were, all debris removed from site and left in good order, couldn't recommend Charfleets enough , Excellent job THANK YOU

I wanted a quote for a new fence along…
I wanted a quote for a new fence along the back of my garden and along one side. Kevin came round, calling me to tell me when, and quoted the back but the side quote would not have been accurate because of trees. When I had them removed he came back and moved his guys around so that both the side and back fence could be done on the same day which was extremely helpful for me.
All through, the staff were helpful and informative at all times and the fitters completed a fine installation, even returning to the yard to get other items to make the job perfect. Would thoroughly recommend.
