I have attended the session today "To speak without using filler words"

My few top takeaways are 1.Write and practice scripts especially in front of mirror.

2. When I speak continuously in between sentences I should breathe.

3. Using hand gestures will improve the speaking

4. Always stay present with your ideas what to present will support a lot to reduce the filler words.

One important takeaways in speaking without hesitation is to practice without script and use pause not panic.

The above steps is to implement which I will be following in public speaking or delivering lecture.

Thank you Pallavi mam, being so amazing in every sessions, I must say that you are the true soul, and about the yesterday class, there were so many bulbs on( how society conditioned us that saying no is a bad thing and how it is ruining our life, making us feel overwhelm, guilty, less productive etc) I really felt the connection, therefore I got emotional too. Keep it up the good work you are doing, so proud to you have in my life.

Its a wonderful experience interacting with you in every session. It give us positive vibration a bulb on moment. The moment which we have not thought of the other way round... Saying 'NO' which is a toughest thing we face due to our guilt, disrespecting, feeling hurt, for being imposter (new word learned). Today's session was really filled with BO moments for me and so powerful that we are so capable of doing things anything in our life only when we are ready to do because Universe is here to give us only we should have right intentions within. I have learned to say NO with speaking firmly, softly, politely by giving the other person some alternatives not to be blunt while saying NO. I have been a part of diamond membership with mam and sir now for almost 6 months and the journey 1 st healed me from my wounds and then started my growth in my field..
I was a person that never liked being on stage or rather had stage fear where my legs would shake and my voice wouldn't come out at all..but after joining pallavi mam 's CCH i am happy to announce i got chosen for anchoring an event in zonal conference where i got overwhelming response from my seniors and got an opportunity to anchor a state level conference , they trusted me for it by seing my work ..thank u mam..and sir keep up the great work you guys are doing..and hand holding many students lik me.and helping us shine
