A China Drop shop masquerading as an American company. Think Temu but worse quality but high prices.
In fact, I’ve had better quality things from Temu.
What arrives is a cheap ‘approximation’ of the item shown on website.
Nasty fabric- certainly not what is stated. Dreadful finishing and the dress I bought bore little resemblance to the one I purchased.
Try to return and the discounts start, I ended at 40% and the threat that if I didn’t accept then I’d have to return to China, which they know is an exorbitant cost.
Lucky for me I did a charge back through my bank, which the bank had to pay as a gesture as they sent me wrong info which was also delayed - so I also did a 40% refund through CH customer service lol.
My advice, Do Not Buy from Charles Harrington.
If you want cheap Chinese quality, stick to Temu and Shein who honestly are 100% better than these shysters

Similar to other users. Poor quality items received. Nothing like what was in the pictures. Easily misled as a UK/US based company. I have initiated a refund, but based on reviews here I feel it is money down the drain. This should be illegal.

Item looks nothing like the picture - psychedelic pink rather than subtle colours and more like a dressing gown fabric rather than a cardigan. Complete waste of monney

I should have checked - Charles Harrington just sounded so British - they aren't. They are in China. I ordered a pair of gold sandals to wear to my daughter's wedding. They took 2 weeks to arrive and instead of the size 7 I ordered they sent a size 5 and for nearly £50 the quality was cheap and plasticy. . I emailed them and sent photos and said I was happy to return them free of charge for a full refund or they could refund me and I will give them to charity. What have they done ? Investigated the problem and are sending me the correct size. So now I will have 2 pairs of crap shoes both of which will be going to the charity shop. I am sick and bloody tired of ordering things from what I think are British companies only to find out they are in China. Read the return rules carefully before you buy anything although now most of them just say if you want to return something you have to send an email to get the details and then you find out it's China 😡

Avoid this company it is totally fraud
This company gives you the impression that they are British but they are based in China
I ordered a nice looking jacket and what I received was a screwed up overcoat with very poor quality fabric without lining or labels that can only be used for sweeping floors
Their return policy is a scam as they say don’t return the item without prior approval and if you send more than one message this will delay our response
I am trying to contact my bank to report it as a scammer and has to be taken off the internet

Awful experience. Scam company.
The website says they are America yet they are based in China. Everything about them is a lie.
I ordered a jacket. Cancelled the order 24 hours later. They responded quickly, but refused to cancel the order. I now have to wait a month (their website says delivery in 6 to 10days) to decline the item.

Always check that the company you are ordering from is in your hone country. Too many Chinese scamsites with inferior products and zero customer service.

Avoid!!!!!! Ordered a blue linen jacket for £40. It was nothing like the photo. Wrong colour, came screwed up in a bag, totally terrible quality and not linen. Just cheap poly. Ask for a refund. Let’s see if I get it.

Cheap nasty fabric. Straight into the charity box. Very disappointing. Looked NOTHING like the image. AVOID

I ordered a jersey from this company which took 16 days to arrive. The outer packaging had a size sticker for 2XL (as ordered) but actual garment was much smaller - it had NO internal labels, but I would guess it was medium or at best, large.
To get a full refund I was required to return the garment to China at my expense!
It was supposed to be pure cashmere, but did not feel like it - they either could not or would not tell me what the fibre percentages were - the mandatory label to do so was missing - I provided a photograph of the inside of the jersey sh owing the complete absence of labels.
